Top10 MTV Unplugged Latino Duets

In honor of this week’s Juanes MTV Unplugged Latino show, which includes a pretty darn awesome duet of Juanes with Brazil’s Paula Fernandes and their song Hoy Me Voy [MV], Rodrigo and I — for being the only Latin Americans on the team who follow music (sorry, Mirella ;P) — picked our Top10 Favorite MTV Unplugged Latino Duets… for like, EVER.

I actually did A LOT of research, not only on the history of MTV Unplugged Latino, but also for Acústico MTV — which is the Brazilian version of MTV Unplugged, so we set ourselves a few rules. The first one: One artist per pick, so we had to pick just one song from all the Julieta Venegas’ MTV Unplugged appearances.

The second one: The MTV Unplugged show couldn’t feature more than half the show in duets, which disqualified Los Tigres del Norte’s show that contained duets with the likes of Calle 13, Juanes, and Andrés Calamaro.

Without further ado, here are our ten picks!
