Juanes featuring Paula Fernandes – Hoy Me Voy (MTV Unplugged)

Another clip for Juanes’ upcoming MTV Unplugged has been released, this time featuring Brazilian singer/composer Paula Fernandes, who is a famous Sertaneja [1] performer. She appeared alongside Taylor Swift for the song Long Live [MV], included in the Brazilian edition of Swift’s Speak Now: World Tour Live album.

Juanes just proved that language is nothing but a way to communicate when we talk, and that it means little in music. And to all of you who believe that a multilingual song is confusing — well, here you go. Juanes singing in Spanish and Paula Fernandes in Portuguese… switching back and forth like nothing. Eat that.

I really can’t wait for May 27th because this could probably be as amazing as Alejandro Sanz’s or La Ley’s Unplugged appearances on MTV, which I haven’t really followed since those early millennium years.

Also, if you missed Juanes’ first clip of the event, you can check La Señal [MV] on our database.
