Rahat Fateh Ali Khan – Dil Ka Mizaaj Ishqiya – Dedh Ishqiya

After the release of Hamari Atariya [clip] about a week ago, the Dedh Ishqiya production has released this clip of Dil Ka Mizaaj Ishqiya sung by Pakistani singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan — super famous  if you’ve seen Om Shanti Om (Jag Soona Soona Lage [clip]), Aaja Nachle (O Re Piya [clip]), or My Name is Khan (Sajda [clip]).

Though the video for this is more standard montage – and you get a lot more about the movie — I got very interested in the song because there’s so much pain and feelings in it. After trying to translate the title, I ran into this awesome translation of the song via Bollymeaning.com. They even explain the meaning of the Urdu word Ishqiya.

I like the title; The Temperament of the Heart is Romantic. Or better yet: Passionate.

Mid-2014 can get soon enough. Remember I gotta wait for home releases.
