26. Chochukmo – A Tragedy Your Majesty
There hasn’t bee much movement from Chochukmo since our interview. Their second album, A Tragedy Your Majesty, took a while to be released. It definitely was after the End of the World was supposed to happen… and I think they’ve been touring in China.
The album is available in some iTunes stores and Xiami.

24. Escape Plan (逃跑计划) – Earth (世界)
First cheat of the list.
Escape Plan is a relatively low-key band in Mainland China that suddenly had a hit song titled Brightest Star in the Night Sky (夜空中最亮的星) when it was sung by a couple of people on television singing contests. At the time of posting, the song on Xiami has over 29M reproductions.
Why is this a cheat? The album was released on December 31st, 2011. According to the information on Xiami… so basically a 2012 release. You can get it there.
i just found Your blog because Your name was attached to Tété’s. You are my new connection to finding great music. i was checking to see who else likes Tété. my wife may go on tour with him in the fall of 2015 when he will releases his new album. i wanted to find someone who could review her music.
