On related new, Pottermore has released the final chapters for Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, and with that, the biography of Remus Lupin from how his parents met, goign through his Hogwarts years and, of course, his life during Harry Potter’s adventures~
And concluding the appropiate Harry Potter news, here’s the new Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows book cover revealed! We also get the images of the newly jacketed books and a new boxed set, which will be available on August 27, 2013~
BTW, The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (or Oscar givers~) has elected its first African-American president! And it’s a lady! The third one to lead the 86-year-old Academy~ She is Boone Isaacs, a veteran marketing executive who currently heads CBI Enterprises.
Pacific Rim got a $9M opening in China! And that’s the biggest ever for Warner Bros in that country. Some say this means a sequel is likely. But there are party poopers though. I don’t mind if there’s no sequel, but I still want this movie to make profit.
OMG Duncan Jones’ Warcraft movie will be based on the games from the 90s and not World of Warcraft! This is fantastic news for me because I actually played those games! I really hope it plays as a movie where there are no good sides exactly. I just like The Horde, ok?

Star Wars Episode VII will start filming this August on Pinewood Studios!
The film has been in pre-production at Pinewood Studios for three and a half months in advance of an August 2013 shooting date. We hear they have block booked the studios for 10 years and that construction of offices and facilities on-site is underway. Also storage space is being located in the local area.
Wait, what? But there’s no official (new) cast yet!
Yeah, so we’ll get a Flash TV series, but from Wonder Woman? Amazon is still on stand-by, and they keep giving us the same tired excuses…
Amazon is on pause right now. The script isn’t quite where we want it. It’s an iconic DC character, and we are not going to put it on unless it works. And now, having the DC universe expand, with the origins of Black Canary coming on this year, as well as potential origins of The Flash, it’s better to wait and get it right.
Then do a movie! If Marvel can do a Thor movie, DC sure can make one about Wonder Woman! Heck, even MTV give us reasons why Amazon can work!
The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey extended edition on the 5th of November! Now, that’s something to remember! With “nearly nine hours of new bonus features”! And 12 minutes of previously unseen footage! And nudity! Weeee! Also, Amazon has one that comes with a Bilbo and Gollum statue!
