Rudderless Trailer
William H. Macy is set to make his directorial debut with Rudderless, whose trailer has been unleashed online.
The film stars Billy Crudup as an ad executive whose life is torn apart by the death of his son. He discovers his son’s demo tape and performs the songs to live out his son’s dreams.
The film, which features Anton Yelchin as a young musician who forms a band with Crudup as well as Selena Gomez, Felicity Huffman, Jamie Chung and Laurence Fishburne in supporting roles, premiered out of competition at the 2014 Sundance Film Festival in January.
Rudderless will open in limited release on October 17, 2014.
