Foo Fighters – Something From Nothing (Lyric Video)

3 years after Wasting Light, Foo Fighters are back with a lyrics video for Something From Nothing, the first single from their upcoming eighth studio album Sonic Highways.

Something from Nothing was recorded at Albini’s Electrical Audio studio in Chicago. The lyrical video was also shot there and initially aired by the end of the premiere episode of HBO documentary series Foo Fighters: Sonic Highways, which began airing last Friday and serves to promote Foo’s latest album. The song features guitarist Rick Nielsen of the rock band Cheap Trick as Chicago City’s “guest of honor.”

Sonic Highways will be released on November 10, 2014.
