The Amazing Spider-Man Trailer 1
Not long ago, a teaser trailer for the upcoming film The Amazing Spider-Man was leaked online, albeit in horrible quality. Now, there’s a high quality version of said trailer below, released by Columbia Pictures.
Marc Webb from (500) Days of Summer is in charge of directing The Amazing Spider-Man, which is a reboot of the Spider-Man films and stars Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker/Spider-Man, facing off against Dr. Curt Connors/The Lizard (Rhys Ifans) and Van Atter/Proto-Goblin (Irrfan Khan). The rest of the cast includes Emma Stone playing Peter’s love interest, Martin Sheen and Sally Field as Peter’s uncle and aunt, Denis Leary (Rescue Me), Chris Zyllka and Annie Parisse (Law & Order), among others.
You can tell from the trailer that the direction and tone of the film will be darker than the previous Spidey films.
The Amazing Spider-Man will premiere on July 3, 2012.
Is this going to be in 3D?
@amy, Some sites are saying yes and a part of the trailer seems like it was shot for 3D purposes.
