Real (Korean Film) Teaser Trailer

Here’s the first look at Kim Soo Hyun’s return to the big screen in Real (리얼), written and directed by Lee Jung-Sub. The film, a China-South Korea co-production between CJ E&M and Alibaba Pictures [1][2], is described as an action thriller noir film following a well-known troubleshooter in the criminal world. However, his world changes when he a former detective, who now works as a reporter, played by Lee Kyung Young.

Actress Han Ji-Eun was revealed to be the female lead, beating out over 4000 other actresses. Actors Sung Dong-il and Lee Sung-min, as well as Sulli Choi (ex-member of f(x)) also have roles.

Suzy Bae (of Miss A) and IU are also set for cameo roles [1].

Real doesn’t have a release date fixed yet, but it’s expected to hit theaters on June this year.
