Lena Philipsson – Du Följer Väl Med? (Soundfactory Pride Remix)

The official Stockholm Pride song has been released and it’s none other than Swedish LGBT icon Lena Philipsson that gets the honors!

I think that the song is a little boring, to be frank. Perhaps the lyrics are meant to be uplifiting and supportive, but I don’t know. I feel like Pride should be more explosive, no? A little bit more fun and crazy, perhaps.

The song title means: You are coming with, right? And the lyrics go along with the fact that the person in the song needs a companion to help them be stronger and more loved. It all goes hand in hand with the theme of this year’s Stockholm Pride, which is “together”.

This might not be my most favorite song from Lena Philipsson, but I like her so much that I will probably be jamming to this no matter what.
