The Huntsman: Winter’s War Trailer

You had me at Emily Blunt and Charlize Theron are sisters.

I’m one of those people that also really liked Maleficent, Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland, and my favorite bit of Snow White and the Huntsman was The Evil Queen, so- let’s be honest, everything seems to work here. The only thing I would’ve change is Hemsworth credit to the end.

The Huntsman: Winter’s War seems to be a direct sequel, Ravenna seems to have come back from the dead, and Universal’s basic idea is- who cares about a plot? There’s battles, there’s snow, big chunks of ice and Jessica Chastain kicking some major butt.

My only hope is that the plot makes more sense than the first movie.

The Huntsman: Winter’s War is set to open April 22nd, next year, in the United States, with several dates during the 3rd and 4th week of April in several countries in Latin America, Scandinavia and East Europe.
