This week we had Star Wars Celebration, and with that many related news, including a trailer! But that wasn’t the only high-profile trailer of the week. And we had some interesting casting choices too from comicbook movies.
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them is an entertaining movie that at the same time opens the door for new sequels, but can still stand on its own. It also can be watched more than once, if you are interested in all the little details that you missed the first viewing.
This week Marvel debuted a new trailer, new clips and a new Spider-Man titles! We also get two obvious news, and two new TV series!

The NYCC started this week, but even before that we had important news for all of us who mark geeky films on our calendars. Also, it’s time to getready for a very important time-traveling film upcoming date.
These past days we had better looks at movies and series to come, there were more discussions about the future of the superhero movie genre, and Nintendo made an announcement that had us geeks flailing like Kermit.
This week we had fewer news, mostly revolving about casting news and new projects, and of course getting ready for Dragon Ball Super! That said, the biggest news for me was the amount of bank Jurassic World made. Nostalgia goggles are better than 3D glasses, and we still love those clever girls.
This week we had first looks of things to come, new synopsis script news, SDCC news… and the saddest news in a while. This is becoming a year of good-byes. And so, I dedicate this column to Sir Christopher Lee, an example of a well-lived fascinating life.
