Orange Is the New Black remains outstanding to watch in storytelling, characters getting expanded, comedy value and powerful backstories.
With “Thirsty Bird,” Kohan and Foster offer the season a smart start, even if the back-half of the episode isn’t as strong as the way it kicks off. It’s not an episode everyone will love, but it’s essential for sealing another chapter of the Piper/Alex story, and reminding us that Piper’s privilege only stretches so far.
This week we have the trailer of Guardians of the Galaxy and the possible cast of the new Fantastic Four movie was presented. Other things happened, but there weren’t as important as those two pieces of news.
Out of Netflix’s new content, Orange Is the New Black proved to be the most interesting (and entertaining) of them all with its very diverse cast and outstanding storytelling.
