Brad Bird and the writing team succeeded in doing something that M:I II and M:I III failed at, which is making a fun and entertaining film to watch.
While there are some good and funny moments in Shrek The Third, the magic and humor that made Shrek very popular isn’t present much on the third film, even if it’s the most visually impressive from the Shrek franchise back then.
Gore Verbinski’s first shot at animated filmmaking is unquestionably a success, appealing to both children and adults with its sublime storytelling and spontaneous characters.
Transformers: Dark of the Moon boasts a final battle worthy of the 4-star rating, but it is sadly joined by a 1.5-star script.
It’s been 4 years since Michael Bay (Armageddon, Pearl Harbor) unleashed Transformers into the theaters.
Directed by Kenneth Branagh and starring Chris Hemsworth, Marvel Studios unleashes Thor into the big screens. Hammer time!
