After the success of the first Transformers live action film and how great it turned out to be, I was really looking forward to see Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen on the big screen. I felt kinda decepticonned after watching it.

Star Trek (2009)

Star Trek (2009) is a great action movie worth seeing for it’s humor and smartass dialogue. In fact, the best parts of this Star Trek movie were all the parts that weren’t Star Trek, in so far as it was actually a movie and not another boring T.V. episode.

Watchmen (2009)

I was really excited about this movie and it lived up to my expectations and then some. I read the books a few years back and while I am a fan of Alan Moore, and it is certainly a thoughtful and complex work, the original graphic novel left me a little cold. I respect it and enjoyed it, but it was more of a detached fascination then any real affection for the characters.
