Happy new year, everyone! Here’s to a 2018 with more writing and more movies. Looking back at my movie-watching last year, I don’t think I watched too many films from the West, so this list seems incredibly unbalanced.
So… who made the list and who didn’t. In what positions were my biases placed?
I took a look at my IMDb whack history to see how many actual new-to-me films I had caught this past 2013, and made up a list of thirty films I loved seeing for the first time.

Let the Bullets Fly is a hard-hitting Western with a lot of Chinese flavor, telling the story of a notorious bandit who pretends to be the new governor of Goose Town to pull off a heist against tyrant Mr. Huang.
