Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s Broken Horses Teaser
Yup, Vidhu Vinod Chopra just decided to dump all his trailers [1] with PK [Trailer], because- WHY NOT? After all, Broken Horses is the director’s Hollywood debut, but I’m sure wife Anupama Chopra could’ve advised him against releasing such a teaser.
If your teaser relies on two quotes by James Cameron and Alfonso Cuaron (as good as one or the other may be), I don’t think the teasing is working. It’s a messy trailer, it’s poorly put together… Having said that, VVC has a good standing with me- Parinda was pretty good, and 1942: A Love Story wasn’t bad either, while Eklavya: The Royal Guard was solid. His work as a producer is even better, of course.
They should’ve gotten whoever cut the trailer for Haider.
The film stars Maria Valverde, Thomas Jane, Anton Yelchin and Vincent D’Onofrio.
Interestingly enough, no confirmed US date is listed, but Broken Horses is set to open in the UK sometime in April 2015.
