Rurouni Kenshin 2014 Sequels Teaser Trailer

People in the YAM Magazine writing (or voting) staff was really into the 2012’s live-action adaptation of Rurouni Kenshin; so into it that they (we) all voted it into our favorites of that year [1]. The success of the film monetarily and critically, ensured the production of the following arcs with all the original cast — Takeru Sato, Emi Takei, Yosuke Eguchi and Yu Aoi — back on track.

Completing the cast are Tatsuya Fujiwara (as Shishio Makoto), Ryunosuke Kamiki (as Seta Sojiro), Yusuke Iseya (as Shinomori Aoshi), Min Tanaka (Nenji Kazhiwazaki / Okina), Kazufumi Miyazawa (as Toshimichi Okubo), Yukiyoshi Ozawa (as Hirobumi Ito), Maryjun Takahashi (as Yumi Komagata), and Ryosuke Miura (as Cho Sawagejo).

With Keishi Ohtomo back from the first movie, Rurouni Kenshin: Kyoto Inferno (るろうに剣心 京都大火編) and Rurouni Kenshin: The Legend Ends (るろうに剣心 伝説の最期編) will be released in the summer of 2014 in Japan.
