Pixar’s Brave Trailer

A tear literally rolled down my left cheek while watching this trailer for Brave for the first time. I mean, you must understand how I must have felt with my comments when the first teaser came out and with my post on why I love Hayao Miyazaki’s work on Studio Ghibli.

A girl! A girl with fiery big hair… untamed unruly big hair! And the caption of “In a land of tradition, a hero will rise” — a HERO! It was almost too much for one trailer.

June 2012 can’t get here soon enough.

@Julyssa, I know, right? And the accents xD

I dunno if I should watch this with my mom or my dad… LOL

Ahaha you guys are so easily satisfied. I was expecting more from this. This looks like a DreamWorks or Disney flick with all the cheap attempt at humor. Let’s hope this is great but the trailer was slightly underwhelming to me.

@Castor, but all trailers by Pixar have been like this. Except for maybe… WALL-E, which made everyone go WTH.

But in terms of trailer expectations, I think we’re seeing a clear departure with YAM and AM in taste. Clearly seen in the reception of Mirror Mirror and Huntsman xD or Harry Potter 7.2 LOL
