Machete Kills Trailer 2

The second trailer for Machete Kills has arrived online.

Danny Trejo returns as ex-Federale agent Machete, who is recruited by the President of the United States (Charlie Sheen) for a mission which would be impossible for any mortal man – he must take down a madman revolutionary and an eccentric billionaire arms dealer who has hatched a plan to spread war and anarchy across the planet.

The sequel to 2010’s Machete features Robert Rodriguez once again as the director and Kyle Ward serves as the screenwriter. While Danny Trejo, Jessica Alba, Michelle Rodriguez, Elise Avellan and Marci Madison reprise their previous characters once again, Antonio Banderas reprises his Gregorio Cortez role from the Spy Kids franchise (also helmed by R. Rodriguez). The rest of the cast includes Amber Heard, Alexa Vega, Vanessa Hudgens, Sofía Vergara, Mel Gibson, Charlie Sheen, Demián Bichir, Cuba Gooding Jr., Edward James Olmos and Lady Gaga.

Machete Kills premieres on October 11, 2013.
