Her Love Boils Bathwater Trailer

Here’s the first trailer to Ryota Nakano’s Her Love Boils Bathwater (湯を沸かすほどの熱い愛, Yu o Wakasu Hodo no Atsui Ai), which stars actress Rie Miyazawa as Futaba Kono, a woman who discovers that she doesn’t have much time left to live, so she decides to find her missing husband (Odagiri Joe) to resume the family bathhouse business, and get her eldest daughter Azumi (Hana Sugisaki) to stand up for herself.

Despite the synopsis, IMDb is currently labeling this as a comedy.

Atsui Ai also stars Tori Matsuzaka, Aoi Ito, Yukiko Shinohara and Taro Suruga.

The film is set to open in Japan on October 29th this year.
