Guardians of the Galaxy Trailer 2

After much fanfare and sneak peeks, here we have the second trailer of Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy. It is beautiful~

With a whole lot of new scenes, action packed and slightly plotty alike, we also hear Groot and Rocket Raccoon talk for the first time. And they sound great, even if I still miss Rocket’s Cockney accent~ We also got all main characters name-dropped and the first decent look of bad guy Ronan The Accuser~

So yep, this may not be Marvel’s best idea, but it’s bold and fun, and I am eagerly counting the days for the premiere!

Guardians of the Galaxy is directed by James Gunn, and stars Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel as the voice of Groot, Bradley Cooper as the voice of Rocket Raccoon, Lee Pace, Michael Rooker, Karen Gillan, Djimon Hounsou, John C. Reilly, Glenn Close and Benicio del Toro. The film will hit theatres on August 1, 2014.
