P!nk – Blow Me (One Last Kiss)

Pink is making a comeback this September with the release of her sixth studio album titled The Truth About Love. The first single Blow Me (One Last Kiss) puts her back in the hands of her longtime pal, MV director Dave Meyers.

The song was co-written and produced by Greg Kurstin, who had previously worked with Kelly Clarkson in Stronger, both of Lily Allen’s albums, as well as Marina and the Diamonds’ Electra Heart.

I gotta admit. I’m a really big fan of Pink. I have all her albums… all bought in their respective year of release. My mom and dad love her too, surprisingly. My dad loves her because of her raspy voice, my mom because of her attitude. However, I gotta come clean. I haven’t really loved Pink’s music since her Try This album. I liked I’m Not Dead as much as I liked Funhouse, but I didn’t LOVE them.

I wonder how I’m going to react to The Truth About Love… it’s going to be an interesting period with the release of new albums by Christina Aguilera and Nelly Furtado — rumored to be more like her I’m Like a Bird days. It’s going to be the early millennium again. Just like in high school. Ha!
