Light Light – Kilo

Sleazerockers zZz and folk noir minimalists Saelors from the Netherlands get together as Light Light and the release of the (first?) crowdsourcing interactive music video for their single Kilo [Bandcamp], produced by Moniker [1].

After 50 years of pointing and clicking, we are celebrating the nearing end of the computer cursor with an ever-changing music video where all our cursors can be seen together for one last time.

Visit DoNotTouch.org to watch and interact with the video.

The last pointer update I got to see was 37min. ago.

The freshest memory of an interactive music video comes from Spain’s Labuat with Soy tu Aire [1][2], but that wasn’t crowdsourcing at all. The interactivity in Kilo is definitely a fun one if you like to play with you mouse pointer.
