Amy’s 2015 Music Highlights
At the time of writing this post, I got about 159 titles (in between Singles, EPs, minis, albums, soundtracks and compilations), not matching my 180 mark of last year :( And in a surprising turn of events, many of my biases (BiBi, Faye Wong, Brown Eyed Girls, Sandee Chan, Sodagreen) didn’t make it, lessening the chances of the list being so Chinese-centric… which I thought it would be.
It’s still… unsurprisingly, quite Asian-heavy, though.
I had an incredible Chinese-centric year in music (and perhaps, movies, as well). It’s been a lot of fun, and discovered some new music and reconnected with some.
Here’s to another varied year in music!
First, the bonus~
Gesu no Kiwami Otome (ゲスの極み乙女) – Adultesque, オトナチック / 無垢な季節
*Sorry, only two tracks of the four available.
I gotta be honest- I really liked this single… but it’s a single~ four really great tracks, but they’re not even enough to be called a mini/EP despite the fact that the physical album comes with a second disc with four extra songs (two which are new versions of some of their older songs).
However, all of their singles this 2015 will be included in their 2nd full-length album titled Ryoseibai (両成敗), which will be released on January 13th next year… so unless 2016 is a really -extremely- good year in music, you’ll see them here next time. LOL
You can try Gesu no Kiwami Otome’s iTunes account, but I’ve not been lucky.
