I still see shuffling around in the future, but Top20 titles are pretty settled. Customary Letterboxd list.

  1. Haider
  2. Bangalore Days
  3. Whiplash
  4. X-Men: Days of Future Past
  5. Mommy
  6. When Marnie Was There (思い出のマーニー)
  7. Boyhood
  8. PK
  9. Han Gong-Ju (한공주)
  10. Dedh Ishqiya
  11. Aberdeen (香港仔)
  12. Maps to the Stars
  13. Enemy
  14. Jigarthanda
  15. Predestination
  16. Gone Girl
  17. Nightcrawler
  18. The World of Kanako (渇き。)
  19. Relatos Salvajes (Wild Tales)
  20. Pride

Results are in! Compared to the 52 films that got any mention [1], we got 60 titles with my favorite film Haider destroying anything with 10 categories, closely followed (surprisingly) by Dedh Ishqiya. Mommy follows suit, unsurprisingly… and strong showing from Enemy. Totally unexpected? Tetsuya Nakashima’s The World of Kanako with 4 nods, out of the blue nods for 2 States, Mr. Turner (with its deserving nods) and Anurag Kashyap’s Ugly.

There’s also ultimately low showing of Whiplash.

Here’s a complete detail breakdown by film and by number of nods.
