Capsule – Player

PLAYER is the type of album you could imagine being played in movies and fashion shows. It’s very classy in its electronic/electropop genre. Capsule brings to you an album that you will surely enjoy dancing to.

Calle 13 – Entren los que Quieran

Calle 13 has always been known for their “in your face”, scandalous and raw lyrics. Their music is a widespread fusion of all things Latin American, music from merengue to salsa to traditional South American instruments, all over a base of steady rhythm hip-hop.

Buono! – Buono! 2

Buono! is what is good and perfect in the H!P family. Sure, they are heavily produced, but if you love anime music then this is the album for you. Every song on this album is like a perfect cousin to the song before.

Britney Spears – Circus

Hate myself for saying this, but Circus is not as bad as I thought it could’ve been. The fact is, the album has some pretty catchy tunes, which include the first single Womanizer, Circus, Shattered Glass, Radar, and my guilty pleasure If U Seek Amy.

Britney Spears – Femme Fatale

Femme Fatale marks Britney Spears’ seventh album in her discography since she exploded into pop idol-hood in the late 90s with that sexy school-girl outfit video of Baby One More Time. In here, she reunites with music confidante Max Martin — who was behind Baby One More Time as well as Circus.

Brian Joo – Unveiled

Brian Joo released his third solo project Unveiled. It takes a bit of a different direction than anything he did with Fly to the Sky or on his previous albums.

Brandon Flowers – Flamingo (Deluxe)

Flamingo starts with Welcome to Las Vegas, an ode to Flowers’ hometown and the track that defines the sound of the rest of the album, which sounds like the b-side from The Killers’ Day & Age, but doesn’t have the same variety and energy of it.

Bon Iver – Bon Iver, Bon Iver

Bon Iver, Justin Vernon’s main musical project, released his sophomore album amidst a big wave of hype. The result is an elaborate album that takes the listener on a gorgeous emotional journey with a few surprises along the way.
