The Journey of a Sci-fi Hating Person – Battlestar Galactica: Season 1 – Part II

And of course, my mother thinks Starbuck is a freaking badass that reminds her of Pink. She loves her. She loves that she gets in trouble for her attitude, but is so freaking good at everything she does. She swears Starbuck and Colonel Tigh are gonna become drinking buddies.

This is the reason why she was almost late for work, because she just needed to know how Starbuck was going to get back to the fleet. She usually hates those “To be continued…” messages, and she rarely sticks around, but she had to for Starbuck’s comeback.

I have no idea how she’s going to react to that twist in the Galactica verse by the end of the show. I’m beginning to doubt her sticking around for the whole show because of the myth and religion of it all. I think the weakest episodes, according to how I’ve perceived her engagement, have been Flesh and Bone and The Hand of God.

I don’t know how she’s going to react to this:

She already dislikes Baltar a lot, despite laughing at his survival antics. She also wonders how tall Tricia Helfer is, LOL — this is what you get in musings over the religious talk of the show.

And she also doesn’t trust Gaeta — LOL. She still thinks he’s a Cylon.

How long do you think she’s going to last in Season 2?
