The Fangirly Diary of a Geek Girl: Suddenly, Hiddles!
MONDAY
The day started with slightly weird news: American Psycho will be a musical… in London, yes.
My disbelief was short-lived, though, when I found a certain game trailer… Specifically~ Batman: Arkham City “Game of the Year Edition” trailer. My priorities, let me show you them. BTW, “Game of the Year Edition” just means it’s updated. The most important part? A new story mission: “Harley Quinn’s Revenge.” Be my guest:
Awesome, yet, The Avengers hijacked my geeky brain again, with the boys touring all over Europe. Now in Berlin, and they keep color-coordinating their suits. They all seem like BFFs, and that makes me happy.
Then, along came the original soundtrack for the movie, which wasn’t supposed to be released until the first weekend of May. I am already fond of the main theme. You have done well, Mr. Silvestri.
Then again, Robert Downey Jr. happened. Apparently, he decided to play a game with fellow Avengers when they were filming. You see, there was an idea to bring together a group of remarkable people, so that when we needed them, they could make sexy faces off-camera at Tom Hiddleston to distract him from his role… Who won?
“It was a photo finish between Downey and Scarlett,” Hiddleston says with a laugh. “They were giving some serious come-ons.”
While I was giggling like a high-schooler, I found that Jessica Chastain might be in Iron Man 3. Yes, YAM Magazine’s 2011 Breakthrough Star, this BAMF lady might be with RDJ in a Superhero movie. Yes, please~
Gosh~ Hiddles does speak Spanish quite well, left me so corazon partio pa’ ti~
@amy, yeah, and he does have a slight Spanish accent, right?
BTW, didn’t know Loki listened to Alejandro Sanz XD
@Mirella, “Corazon Partido” haha
rofl at Hiddleston suddenly bursting into “Volare.” and he made a nice effort speaking in Spanish!
I do like Jessica Chastain but I am most excited about the possibility of Andy Lau joining the Iron Man 3 movie.
DRAGON BALL IS ALMOST AS OLD AS I AM
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH
@Diandra Rodriguez, Dragon Ball is from 86. Dragon Ball Z, the one with the anniversary, is from 89 XD
@Mirella, that’s even better, because I saw Dragon Ball Z before Dragon Ball!
@Diandra Rodriguez, OMG – is Andy Lau up for a role in Iron Man 3??? I gotta admit though, he’s been replaced… possibly, by Donnie Yen in my movie-watching. Then again, Donnie Yen would make Junk out of Iron Man. xO
@amy, Lau’s reportedly been in talks for playing a Chinese industrialist who’s a friend of Tony’s.
Donnie Yen would beat up Iron Man. In a cave. With his bare hands!
“Volare” is an amazing song. Kudos to Mr. Hiddleston for singing it briefly.
@Rodrigo, He also briefly sing “Antoshka”, russian song for children XD
