Apparently American Horror Story: Freak Show will be less campy than Coven, or so FX CEO John Landgraf said~

Some years it’s going to be big and bright and brash and campy the way Coven is. Other years it’s going to be dark and brooding—like Asylum was. I guess I would put Freak Show half-way in between the two. It’s not quite as brooding and formal and Hitchockian as Asylum, it’s got a little bit more humor and a little bit more camp, but its got a brooding period feel to it also

Star Wars Rebels has a new trailer and here it is!

There’s gonna be a Futurama/The Simpsons crossover in November! We have (another) opportunity to watch Futurama for the last time! There are not many details besides the original voice cast being there, but still yay! I wonder if Futurama guys will go the past or The Simpsons are going to the future?

A couple of cool posters that will be available exclusively at SDCC. First, we have a great artwork for Jurassic World, and then one from the holiday special Toy Story That Time Forgot.

On Marvel news, OMG Lucy (F)Lawless will be in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.! As Marvel is wont to do, they have given us no details!

Continuing with the news of awesome women, Hayley Atwell says that Peggy Carter will indeed be in Avengers: Age of Ultron!

Mark Ruffalo has been talking about said movie, from the existencial crisis that the heroes are going through as well as middle age hitting Bruce Banner hard~

This movie is much more sprawling and epic than the first one. They’re really in an existential, dire crisis. It has a darker quality. The Avengers are really struggling with their own shortcomings and the dissolution of S.H.I.E.L.D. and where they go and who they are in the world. There’s a lot of negativity towards them.

Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Hemsworth are both Forbes’ list of actors that earned the most money in 2014. They are 1st and 5th place respectively. Curiously, both Tony Stark and Thor are the richest Avengers… even if Thor’s riches are in Asgard~ Dwayne Johnson is 2nd! Yay for The Rock!

Talking about him, the dude’s been hinting like mad at a role in a possible Shazam movie for DC/Warner.

There’s a character out there that we’re going to announce very soon, that I’m going to play, and…I’ll just say this, he has the power of Superman, and it’s not Green Lantern, by the way. And believe me, John Stewart, he was a character I wanted to play, but there was already a version of Green Lantern, and so we’ve gone in a different direction. But this character has the power of Superman, he can throw down…just say the word. That’s all I’m going say.

And when asked directly, he said “Yes, it is going to happen”.
