On Wednesday we will have a new issue of Loki: Agent of Asgard and I cannot believe it took me this long to find a preview! I don’t know about you guys but those little cherub Lokis are giving me life!

Jennifer Lee, director of Frozen, is now the first woman to direct a billion dollar film. Congrats and we hope for many more! I’m glad Disney gave her a chance.

WEDNESDAY

Angelina Jolie as Maleficent graces the cover of Entertainment Weekly~ She also tells the magazine about her experiences as the character in relation to her family, including this part:

When Pax saw me for the first time, he ran away and got upset — and I thought he was kidding, so I was pretending to chase him until I actually found him crying. I had to take off pieces [of the makeup] in front of him to show him it was all fake and not freak out so much.

There may be a West Side Story remake… and Steven Spielberg is interested in directing it. There are no other people attached to it, not even writers. But you know if Spielberg is interested, the studios will make backflips to make it happend~

Right now the first draft is almost done. I’m terrifically excited about it! I’ve been working very closely with Sam (Mendes), and it’s been joyous to pick up from our work on Skyfall and just continue on with the storytelling. The new movie continues the themes of Skyfall. Some of the characters and themes that we began to introduce in Skyfall will play out, I hope successfully, in the next movie.
