Yay, here’s all the horror movies, both awesome and crappy, I’ll get to watch in 2013! Although, Carrie has been moved from March to October. No idea why yet.

Here’s a nice, long interview with Alice Eve and Benedict Cumberbatch about Star Trek Into Darkness. Benny Batch also has no idea how Sherlock Holmes fans call themselves… “Sherlockies”? Really, Benny? It’s Sherlockians, you adorable dumbass! He also was mighty entertained with all the memes that sprung up after the Star Trek boys’ night out in LA:

Ha, that was a brilliant night. One of the best things that came out of that was a fan recasting all the guys as characters from Zoolander, one of my favourite films, bobbing our heads in the jeep, having their juice just before they spray each other with petrol and set each other alight…

Zoolander is one of his favorite films. I just thought that bears repeating~

OMG, I can’t believe I’ve just discovered this: JL8!

JL8 is a side project of Gifted creator Yale Stewart. A weekly webcomic, it follows the adventures of popular DC comic characters as children in elementary school. Mostly funny, with a dash of pathos, it should be an enjoyable read for any fans of DC Comics characters as well as people who enjoy the traditional syndicated comic strip.

This well-thought in-character cuteness! I can’t!

FRIDAY

James Bond celebrates its 50th Anniversary this year, and the Academy Awards will honor that with a special tribute at the ceremony on February 24th. It better feature Daniel Craig’s beach scene in Casino Royale.

And because this is currently my favorite Marvel Now! comic, here’s a preview of Thor: God of Thunder #4. I’m feeling sorry for Old King Thor here!

Rumor has it Universal is very close to having the rights for a Middle Earth Theme Park. OMG, someone pass me my smelling salts! Let it be true! And if it is, we’ll have Warner and J.K. Rowling to thank! OMG!

Finally, in merchandising news… Star Trek: The Visual Dictionary will be available in March. I want it so much I could cry!
