How Animation is Made!
Danny Choo over at CultureJapan has made a 15 minute documentary that shows what goes into making animation over at Production I.G studios (The Sky Crawlers).
The documentary is brief and doesn’t really go into what goes on before the “animation table” — layouts, character design, etc — but it does get into frame by frame animation, as well as acting for animators, and coloring. Worth a look~
