Back! (With a Bang?)

Hey there YAMmies! Did ya miss me? Are some of you thinking “Who are you?” Haha. Well, I had to take a bit of a break from online activities for awhile. I was dealing with the illness and then passing of my grandmother. I had lived with her for almost 3 years, and she was very dear to me. So, needless to say, this was a great tragedy in my life and I needed some time to heal and get back to myself. So, to those of you who were there for me, I thank you.

That being said, I’m excited to be back at the helm behind the scenes of YAM. I’ve got a bunch of stuff brewing. (Reviews, a couple interviews and my first film feature.) One of the most exciting things is that I did my first face-to-face interview. It was, of course, with Aziatix. I was super anxious and excited all day before hand. I just didn’t know what to expect at all. Thankfully, an odd calm settled over me just before the interview, and I was able to maintain my cool.

I’m looking forward to writing again, I’ve missed it, and our YAM family. It’s been too long since I spammed our pages with K-Indie artists and random interviews of great artists. So, here’s to new beginnings.
