The first week of 2013 has been kinda lazy with mainstream news, and that’s when alternative stuff is needed. A couple of known Tumblr artists have important/interesting stuff to share, and I “discovered” (more like stumbled upon) a new one to fangirl over.
So the world didn’t end and I get to show you my favorite lists of all those that have been popping up all through the week (and there’s been a lot!).
Warner Bros. has gotten their holiday groove on and are giving away a The Dark Knight Rises Blu-ray Combo Pack or Magic Mike Blu-ray Combo Pack to one lucky winner (randomly chosen).
Americans where a tad too busy with Turkey Day, apparently. Of course, nobody is as busy as Benedict Cumberbatch seems to be.
This week have lots of things that made me squee with fangirl joy, but nothing more than the premiere of Iron Man 3 first trailer… and yes, things have changed since The Avengers!

The highlight of the week is that Doctor Who’s back! Yes, Series 7 premieres very soon and there’s stuff surrounding The Doctor and his companions aplenty!
This week has been plentiful, with superhero movies info, new video games, lots of Cumberbatch and, of course, the Olympics closing ceremony with the Spice Girls and my fav Monthy Python song!
Warrior stands out strongly because it succeeds at respecting the mixed martial arts sport and telling a good story at the same time.
