The Fangirly Diary of a Geek Girl: Empowering tomorrow’s superheroes~
This past week we have TV promos, posters, franchises expanding, sad Guillermo del Toro news, Marvel taking a page from DC, and DC getting ready for a new demographic!

This past week we continue with the blasts from past, because Hollywood is out of ideas and everything comes back… and sometimes I don’t even mind! Most importantly, lots of Disney and Pixar news! Yay for animated movies! And girls with dinousaurs~
This week we have many promos of TV shows (and Blu-rays) to come. Then there’s the obvious news of sequels, and info on geeky film-in-progress or ready to start.
Here’s the trailer of the new Pixar film, The Good Dinosaur, which will probably make me cry.
We still have news from the San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC), but mostly, we have our first decent look of X-Men: Apocalypse! So yeah, there’s been a lof of talk about that! Also, some great talk about Ant-Man too, which was better than I hoped.
Inside Out is quite possibly the most complex Disney-endorsed animated film of all time.
This week we had fewer news, mostly revolving about casting news and new projects, and of course getting ready for Dragon Ball Super! That said, the biggest news for me was the amount of bank Jurassic World made. Nostalgia goggles are better than 3D glasses, and we still love those clever girls.
The first official teaser to Disney/Pixar’s The Good Dinosaur is out.
While we have many cool news about movies, TV series, and comicbooks/manga, I want to use this opportunity to share more news about Mad Max: Fury Road, which has become for now, my favourite movie of the year.
Last week, DC brought their A-game with one interesting image of an upcoming movie, there’s an interesting development in X-Men comics, and Marvel has fun with their marketing.
