Greetings, my fellow geeks. This week we have, among other things, lots of Marvel related news. Specially the brand new Thor: The Dark World trailer and some of us got to watch Iron Man 3. But let’s not get ahead of ourselves~
Since I haven’t done personal lists like many YAM regulars, I’ll just go and do a general list of 100 things I love.
This week we have many news! Most importantly some related to Doctor Who’s 50th Anniversary special.
There was no news as important as a certain director now being in charge of two of the franchises with the biggest fandoms ever!
The week, besides the Golden Globes and Hiddles about to do some good, I saw a couple of my favs doing ads and lots of animation news, be it mainstream, indie, or even fan-made.
The first week of 2013 has been kinda lazy with mainstream news, and that’s when alternative stuff is needed. A couple of known Tumblr artists have important/interesting stuff to share, and I “discovered” (more like stumbled upon) a new one to fangirl over.
Americans where a tad too busy with Turkey Day, apparently. Of course, nobody is as busy as Benedict Cumberbatch seems to be.
This week started and ended with bittersweet fangirl feels courtesy of Doctor Who and The Avengers.
Following Arthur Christmas, Aardman and Sony team up once again to bring you The Pirates! In an Adventure with Scientists, the film adaptation of the first two books from “The Pirates!” series by Gideon Defoe, who also serves as the film’s screenwriter.
Unlike last week, this week is chock-full of geeky news this time, including Tom Hiddleston being his ridiculously charming self.
