White House Down Trailer 3

Just two weeks before White House Down premieres, Sony has released an extended trailer for the film headlined by Jamie Foxx and Channing Tatum.

Capitol Policeman John Cale (Tatum) has just been denied his dream job with the Secret Service of protecting President James Sawyer (Foxx). Not wanting to let down his little girl (Joey King) with the news, he takes her on a tour of the White House, when the complex is overtaken by a heavily armed paramilitary group. Now, with the nation’s government falling into chaos and time running out, it’s up to Cale to save the president, his daughter, and the country.

The cast includes Maggie Gyllenhaal, James Woods, Richard Jenkins, Jason Clarke, Rachelle Lefevre and Lance Reddick.

White House Down is directed by Roland Emmerich and written by James Vanderblit. It will premiere in the USA on June 28, 2013 against Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthys’ buddy cop film The Heat. [1]
