The Ides of March Trailer
Ryan Gosling is on fire with the release of Crazy, Stupid, Love., Drive, and now The Ides of March, starring and directed by George Clooney.
The film will chronicle idealistic staffer Stephen Myers (Gosling) working for newbie presidential candidate Governor Mike Morris (Clooney), who will get a crash course on dirty politics.
The cast is completed with the likes of Philip Seymour Hoffman, Marisa Tomei, Paul Giamatti, Evan Rachel Wood, Jeffrey Wright, and Max Minghella.
The Ides of March will premiere at the Venice Film Festival, and will later open in the United States on October 7.
just adding some information: This movie is based on the play “Farragut North.” I think Chris Noth and Chris Pine played the lead characters in the stage version.
