The Girl on the Train Trailer
The first trailer for Tate Taylor’s (The Help, Get On Up) The Girl on the Train, based on the novel of the same name by Paula Hawkins, is out. Adapted by Erin Cressida Wilson (Secretary, Fur: An Imaginary Portrait of Diane Arbus), it tells the story of the disappearance of a woman from the point of view of three women; Rachel (Emily Blunt), Anna (Rebecca Ferguson) and Megan (Haley Bennett).
The cast is rounded up by Justin Theroux, Luke Evans, Edgar Ramirez, Allison Janney, Laura Prepon and Lisa Kudrow.
The Girl on the Train is expected in theaters on October 7th in the US and UK, with expanded dates across other territories during the month.
