Kung Fu Panda 3 Trailer 2

The second trailer for Kung Fu Panda 3 is literally panda-packed.

The film’s synopsis is the following:

“When Po’s long-lost panda father suddenly reappears, the reunited duo travels to a secret panda paradise to meet scores of hilarious new panda characters. But when the supernatural villain Kai begins to sweep across China defeating all the kung fu masters, Po must do the impossible-learn to train a village full of his fun-loving, clumsy brethren to become the ultimate band of Kung Fu Pandas.”

Most of the cast seen in the previous two films are set to return for Kung Fu Panda 3. Newcomers to the franchise includes Bryan Cranston as Po’s father, J.K Simmons (replacing Mads Mikkelsen) as the main antagonist and Kate Hudson (replacing Rebel Wilson) as Mei Mei.

Jennifer Yuh Nelson, who directed Kung Fu Panda 2, returns to co-direct the new film alongside Alessandro Carloni. Jonathan Aibel and Glenn Berger are in charge of the screenplay while Hans Zimmer works on the score and Guillermo Del Toro serves as one of the executive producers.

Kung Fu Panda 3 premieres on January 29, 2016.
