Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2 Final Trailer

I am more than a little choked up. I gotta give it up to the team advertising the movie, they do know how to use the words “final” and “end” to make it seem like a huge deal.

This is it, people.

There will be no more Harry Potter trailers in which Daniel Radcliffe will play Harry, no more Rupert playing Ron, and no more Emma Watson as Hermione. After the premiere of the film, there will be no more premieres. After the opening weekend, there will be no more opening weekends for the franchise.

It feels like that last year of high school in which you think, “This will be my last spring break in school” or saying, “This will be my last literature class this term.

I know some of you haven’t watched the series. I was wondering if you’re planning to catch this at the theater or if you’re gonna wait for the DVD?

For the rest of you, when are you going to watch this? Opening weekend?

For the first part, my roommate had me line up with her in front of the theater 6 hours before the midnight showing. Since I’ll be home, I’ll probably be waiting a little bit before I go. I’m as much of a fan as the next person but I really hate crowds and I don’t feel like running into jerks. Also, since I’m home, they won’t be handing out free stuff on the sidewalk like they were in the city and that’s a deal-breaker.

      @Ashley Washington, LOL.

The only midnight show I’ve been to was for #4 — that was at the height of my fanaticism with the series. I hope I get to see this one with the press LOL – I don’t mind a 2D show, I actually feel it would be more true to the series…

If I like it on the press screening, I will probably watch it once more at the theater xD

@amy, Only midnight show I’ve been to was for HBP. Not exactly the best of Potter films, but the highlight was actually hearing a girl scream “HARRY POTTER IS DEAD!” when Harry was dragged into the sea by the Inferi. So lulzy.

@Rodrigo, by the time HBP came out, I was in my Harry Potter strike. That’s the only film I haven’t seen at the theater xD

@Amy, The only Potter film I never saw at the theater was GoF, which i ended up hating the most, lol.

But I still refuse to watch it. I will just not watch it… It will brake me.

Oh and Voldemort… u silly fool. AND CAN WE JUST GIVE A HUGE HAND FOR SNAPE? OMFG SNAPE IT STILL BURNS IN MY HEART! TT__TT

    • amy says:

@Julili, but you ended up watch HBP, right? After you read some review or something?

      • Julili says:

@amy, naw didn’t watch it. MY HEART CAN’T TAKE IT!

        • Rodrigo says:

@Julili, Which Potter film was the last you have watched?

Personally, the only Potter film that could make anyone feel really emotional would be Deathly Hallows. The rest, not really, but that’s just me.
