Jack White – Love Interruption

Earlier this month, Jack White unleashed Love Interruption, the first single from his first solo album, Blunderbuss. Now a music video has been released just in time for Valentine’s Day.

The video was directed by Jack White himself and features Ghanian singer Ruby Amanfu providing backing vocals. As for the upcoming album, White said it was a record he “couldn’t have released until now”.

“I’ve put off making records under my own name for a long time but these songs feel like they could only be presented under my name. These songs were written from scratch, had nothing to do with anyone or anything else but my own expression, my own colours on my own canvas.”

Blunderbuss will be released on April 23, 2012.
