Gotye – Easy Way Out

Belgian-Australian singer Gotye, best known for his breakout hit Somebody That I Used to Know, teams up with Melbourne’s Oh Yeah Wow [1] to release the music video for Easy Way Out, the fourth single from his third studio album Making Mirrors.

The video, which took nine months to make, features stop-motion animation and finds Gotye enacting an endless loop of workday drudgery: he wakes up, works all day and repeats the process indefinitely throughout the song.
