Block B – NanrinA

The best rookies of 2011 are now ready to kick 2012 in the a*s and I couldn’t be happier. Block B are hugely underrated in Korea, which is a damn pity. I find their music to be innovative and it also has moxy. It really stands out in the otherwise “sound the same” Kpop world.

I am really digging NanrinA (난리나) . It’s a great dance-track, it’s sassy, it has mad swag. I wouldn’t expect less from Block B. They have that sound and style that is a little more hip-hop, little more bad-ass. I like the whole “bad boy” attitude in the music video. Block B really does it well. Here is the YinYueTai version of the music video.

Music is all I do: I work in music, I write about music, I listen to music.

They took all the top spots at the music charts when this mini album was released so it looks like 2012 will be a better year for them ^^

I am so happy to hear it. I was so mad when they weren’t recognized last year. B1A4 and Boyfriends are fine but they are no competition towards Block B as rookies of the year for 2011. Block B were robbed!
