A-Mei Chang – What Time is it Already
After the enormous success that AMIT (15th studio album) brought, which included 10 nominations and six wins at the 2009 Golden Melody Awards, she’s back with R U Watching? (你在看我嗎), set to be released on April 29th.
Contrasting with the image she used for AMIT, she promoted the album as such instead of A-Mei, her latest single What Time is it Already (都什麼時候了) shows a much more mellow A-mei, but keeping an edge.
The music video was directed by Taiwanese filmmaker Hung-yi Chen (陳宏一), director of lesbian-themed film Candy Rain (花吃了那女孩)
A-Mei is by far, my favorite Taiwanese singer. I’m always in awe of her voice and her versatility. I can’t wait for the new album! :)
@Jenna, I’m not really familiar with all of her albums, but AMIT was really something. It’s also not one or two tracks, is the whole thing. xD
You should have a beginners guide to A-Mei for the release of the new album. xD I mean, 15 albums, you can easily pick one track per album LOL Tough work.
