YAM’s Top20 High School Movies

1. Mean Girls

Even though the internet has beaten every single line from Mean Girls into a deep, deep grave, there is no denying that it’s a solid high school movie. Tina Fey’s writing is sharp and hilarious, and her characters exploit stereotypes in just the right way.

While a good chunk of the cast has gone on to bigger and better things (McAdams, Seyfried, and Fey, especially), we’ll always have Mean Girls as the memory of how downright funny and great some of these ladies can be (I’m looking at you, Lindsay Lohan). — Juan
