YAM’s Top 15 Most Anticipated Films of 2012

2.

The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey (dir. Peter Jackson)

Juan: Lord of the Rings already won 17 Oscars and is widely considered one of the greatest novel to screen adaptations ever. This one has half of the old cast, and a bunch of new additions — including both Oscar and BAFTA winners. Peter Jackson is still directing, Guillermo Del Toro is even jumping aboard with writing duties, and practically every on-set video and photo so far has pumped up my anticipation. There is really no way this isn’t going to be one of the best films of the year.

Lol at, The Hobbit when you mentioned BAFTA, I have this flashback of the Tumblr meme of dear Martin Freeman saying “Fuck you, I won a BAFTA” XD

  2. Cool preview, although some of the pictures look a little stretched?

I gotta say that this list is pretty fine, minus a few ommisions. But it is what it is.

The Dark Knight Rises is anticipated because it’s goddamn Batman…
