The Fangirly Diary of a Geek Girl: Avengers, Avengers everywhere

WEDNESDAY

Nothing much, so I entertained myself with Llamas with Hats.

Yes, I was feeling morbid, so sue me.

No, wait, don’t. I’m poor.

THURSDAY

OMG London Premiere of Avengers!

Way better than the American one because we didn’t have annoying girls interviewing a bunch on nobodies from Disney Channel. Yes, London makes it awesome!

Damn, Elsa Pataky looks ready to pop baby Thor. Also, there was Jonathan Ross, Hiddleston’s hair looking very fluffy, RDJ is Tony Stark, and he will totally manbang Batman!

Tom Hiddleston washed his hair that day. His words, not mine.

OMG, I read that ANTM thing. I haven’t watched that show since……………………… since… I can’t remember since when, but probably since Season 7 or 8. I can’t imagine the show without Jay and Ms. Jay. O_O

Sorry… I’m not a very good geek girl xD

@amy, to be perfectly sincere, I learnt about it thanks to a twitter conversation between Mark Gatiss (co-creator of Sherlock) and Amanda Abbington (partner of Martin Freeman/Watson) XD

[…] I’m not afraid to show how geeky I am, and as such I was nervous that The Avengers wasn’t going to live up to my expectations. That somehow Whedon wouldn’t be enough as a movie director, as much as how geek-talented he already is. That the cast may fail to get the chemistry going, even though they seemed to get along so well. That maybe all the people who already saw it and waxed poetic about it, were overestimating it. Man, I am so glad to say that all my fears were unwarranted. […]
