Since I’m on a Kidman binge after Hemingway & Gellhorn… do any of you remember how it was to watch Moulin Rouge for the very first time? The first time you ever heard them saying the line, “They call her the Sparkling Diamond.”

Ugh. It was like… movie magic.

I haven’t checked yet, but if there’s a super special Bluray release of Moulin Rouge, I would probably buy it. It would be stunning to watch — generally speaking — Luhrmann’s visuals in high definition. But then… it’s gotta be a super extra special release. It can’t be just a wishy-washy simple case release.

Maybe for the 25th anniversary. xD
